Biography

Paula monitors Ysios Capitals’ portfolio companies and is responsible for reporting to the investors of Ysios’ funds. As the Head of ESG, she leads the integration of ESG considerations into both our corporate strategy and portfolio management processes, implementing ESG criteria and sustainability objectives, and fostering responsible investment practices.

Before joining Ysios in 2008, Paula worked in leading investment banks in Spain (Alantra and Sabadell Corporate Finance). Throughout her career she has been involved in several buy and sell processes of companies in different sectors.

Paula holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU) and an MBA from the IE Business School.

Board positions

Formerly, Paula was Board Member at Babyscripts and Board Observer at MedLumics and DermaLumics.

Paula is also Chair of the Invest Europe Diversity working group and a member of the Level 20 Spain committee.
