Biography

Wen Wen is responsible for the legal matters relating to the management company, funds, and portfolio companies. She also ensures the accomplishment of anti-money laundering regulations and manages communication with regulatory entities.

Prior to joining Ysios, Wen Wen developed her career as a lawyer at Cuatrecasas where she specialized in M&A, cross-border transactions, private equity, corporate group restructuring, and real estate transactions, as well as in contractual and corporate law matters. Throughout her career, she has been involved in several buying and selling processes of companies in different sectors.

Wen Wen holds a degree in Law and a degree in Business Administration and Management, both from Pompeu Fabra University in Barcelona.
